Who we are

What we collect and why
Contact form. When you use our contact form we receive the name, email address, telephone number and message you submit. We use them solely to respond to your enquiry and for any follow-up you request. Legal basis: your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). We keep this correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, after which it is deleted.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (IP address, date and time, requested page) for security and operation of the service. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Logs are kept for a short period and are not used to identify visitors.
Cookies and analytics. This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.
Who receives your data
We do not sell or trade personal data. Data may be processed on our behalf by our website hosting provider under a data-processing agreement, and may be disclosed where the law requires it. We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area.
Social media
Our website links to our pages on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. When you visit those platforms, their own privacy policies apply. The tools we use to publish content to our own company pages process no personal data of website visitors or platform members beyond the public content we post.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise any right, contact info@aace.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

Any future change to this policy will be published on this page with a new effective date.
